For drilling and oilfield service operations, we manufacture mobile
accommodation units and rigsite offices, mud systems, including all
the solid control and degassing equipments, electrical installations
to zone specification, pipe bins of various designs, catwalks, fixed
and foldable units, including pipe racks, substructures or
modification work, refurnishing of drilling rigs, well pulling
holsts and brine filtration units, crude oil storage tanks with
filtration units, high-pressure pipe work for Koomey units,
fabrication of mud labs, skid-mounted diesel and water tanks.
For chemical and industrial plants, we provide pipe supports,
platforms and ladders for columns and vessels, pressure vessels,
silos and hoppers, workshop shed elements and their erection,
blasting and coating services, large storage tanks and process pipe
installation. Al Hajiry has two major fabrication plants in Muscat (Wadi
Kabir) and Sohar Industrial Estate with plans to open a third unit
in Nizwa to exclusively serve the oil industry. Each unit has a
covered area of 2,500 square meters and 25,000 square meters of
lay-down and fabrication yard with the latest machinery and
equipment, including automatic blasting and airless gun painting,
20mm rolling machine, 2x10 ton overhead cranes, shearing , machine
up to 12mm, 300 and 160 ton hydraulic press brakes, angle section
rolling machine, plasma cutting machine and 30 ton mobile crane. The
fully enclosed Sohar workshop boasts state-of-the-art machinery and
tools, capable of handling larges structural works and pressure
vessels. The facility is approved for construction of pressure
vessels in accordance with ASME BPV Sec VIII div.I('U' stamp) &
SecI('S'stamp). It is also approved for repair & alteration of
pressure rating equipment as per NBIC/ NB-23 (R stamp)
Al Hajiry is able to design and fabricate complete mud systems from
950 bbls to 4500 bbls with full mud handling, cleaning and
 degassing
facilities, based on the requirements of mud weight and flow rate.
Tank bodies are made of V-shaped corrugated sheet designed to carry
the maximum mud weight required. Al Hajiry has designed and
installed 48 inch Poor Boy degasser, capable of processing 1.5
M3/min highly gas cut mud, in accordance with EP 89-1500 and as per
PDO specifications.
We provide storage tanks of various designs -rectangular, circular,
double skin, insulated skid mounted or mobile units. Frac tanks for
oil field use fitted with rear axle for easy transport and API
storage tanks up to 20,000 bb la capacity. We offer turnkey mobile
camps for the oil and gas and construction sectors, built to PDO
specifications for use in the desert environment. Al Hajiry camps
are engineered for durability, comfort and practically. With
in-house carpentry, plumbing and electrical divisions, we provide
excellent after sales service, camp modifications or repairs.
The equipment on offer
include 1-2-4-8 sleeper unit, mobile rig site offices, mobile units
for well-pulling hoists, complete ready-to-go kitchen units, and
recreational units, diesel storage tanks potable water storage
tanks, complete sewage pipe installation, sewage holding tanks,
diesel generator housing and complete electrical installation. The
camp facilities include single room, kitchen, ablution unit, mud
lab, mobile camp office and rig office. We can offer 24 hours on
site Camp Maintenance Services to take care of all your Generator
electrical , plumbing services.
