The Construction and interior Decoration Division was established in
2003 with a minuscule but huge dreams, in a short span of four
years, the division has already spearheaded to the forefront
competing with the best in construction industry and has
outstandingly excelled in performance and quality. Consolidating
towards brighter future, the division is proactively and
consistently investing in growth to improve infrastructure while
increasing productivity and improving customer satisfaction.
CID is specially structured and staffed to undertake Turnkey
Projects of Industrial, Commercial and Residential buildings in both
government and private sector. Since inception, the division has
partnered with esteemed clients nationwide in successfully
implementing various construction projects in the oilfield sector as
well as the government and the private sector. CID also undertakes
and provides value added services like electro mechanical works,
fire fighting and security systems, data and telecom systems.
A well qualified and experienced team of engineers, technicians and
skilled workers supported by integral infrastructure of plant and
machinery, transport and other essential services remain the
division's mainstay and pillar of strength. In addition, CID has the
integrated support of a well equipped carpentry shop and fabrication
unit that meet the diverse requirements of construction activity.
 CID lays
greater emphasis on quality service and customer satisfaction in all
its business and professional activities. The division was
accredited with ISO 9001-2000 by BVOL. Customer satisfaction at the
highest level and on-time completion of projects without
compromising on quality and HSE are among the division's inherent
strengths.
CID is registered as an Excellent Grade contractor with the Oman
Chamber of Commerce and Industry as also with PDO , OPAL, Oman
Refinery Company, Ministry of Defense and Tender Board as Grade I
contractor.
The CID is in the
forefront of the construction industry in Oman, renowned for
executing a number of prominent projects, namely PDO Headquarters,
Shell Development Oman Headquarters, Muscat Municipality Annexe,
Sohar University Girls Hotel etc.
PDO Headquarters
The prestigious contract to build the headquarters for
government-owned Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), the premier oil
and gas exploration and production company in Oman, which accounts
for 90 percent of the country's crude oil production and nearly all
of its natural gas supply, was awarded to Al Hajiry.
Shell Development
Oman Headquarters
Al Hajiry was awarded the contract to build the headquarters of
Shell Development Oman. The project covers all facilities, including
thermal and moisture protection, fire fighting installations,
elevators and air-conditioners
Muscat Municipality
Annexe
The Royal Court Office awarded to Al Hajiry the construction
contract of annexe buildings for Muscat Municipality, consisting of
Blocks A and B. The project comprises three floors each for Blocks A
and B with all facilities, including thermal and moisture
protection, fire fighting installation, elevators and
air-conditioners.
Sohar University
Girls Hostel
Oman Education and Training Investment Company awarded the contract
to construct a girls hostel for Sohar University. The 4-storeyed
building comprises all facilities, including thermal and moisture
protection, fire fighting installations, elevators and
air-conditioners.
